My reiki session with her was just the beginning that uncovered and shed light on the areas I should work on. She really took the time to understand where I'm at in life and who I am as a person. I wasn't sure what to expect going into the session but I'm confident that it did something to me even though I'm not quite sure just what yet. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who like myself feels that they have an issue at a different level than what can be remedied by Western medicine and psychotherapy.

I wasn’t really sure what to expect with my very first reiki session, and how my body and mind would react. Reiko was very transparent about the process, what could or could not happen (as everyone’s experience is different). She made me feel at ease and heard, answering all of my questions and concerns. As I am easily distracted, she intuitively saw the need for me to wear headphones with music while she worked on me during our session.
