Foundation
Release dense energy and create an inner foundation of safety. We open with guided breathwork, body-scan meditation, and shadow journaling to prepare the vessel.
Opening
The heart is the seat of Christ Consciousness. This week focuses on deep heart-centered healing, cord cutting, and expanding your capacity to give and receive love.
Integration
Begin living as your higher self. The final healing session focused on the mental field, creating space for clarity, focus, and inner stillness.
Completion
The culminating week. A sacred ceremony-style activation, a closing ritual, and a personal integration plan to carry your awakening forward.
