I wasn't sure what to expect going into the session but I'm confident that it did something to me even though I'm not quite sure just what yet. I wasn’t really sure what to expect with my very first reiki session, and how my body and mind would react. Reiko was very transparent about the process, what could or could not happen (as everyone’s experience is different). She made me feel at ease and heard, answering all of my questions and concerns. As I am easily distracted, she intuitively saw the need for me to wear headphones with music while she worked on me during our session.
